Mysterious Visitors
It happened twice recently. I received messages in my inbox telling me "mercenaries arrived" even though I had hired none, and when I checked my troops in town, there are none either.

???

I know of one instance where this occurs. If you send your commanders off to hire mercenaries, but then cancel them before they get there, when they return, it will say that mercenaries have arrived.
